Reliance Producers Cooperative (RPC), established on April 4, 2017, is the first PEZA-registered garment manufacturing and exporting cooperative in the Philippines. Based in Cavite, RPC produces garments for global brands. It supports economic growth by providing jobs, fostering community development, and exporting products to the USA, Europe, and Japan.

RPC ROSARIO became the first and only PEZA-registered cooperative authorized to engage in garment manufacturing and exporting in the Philippines.

Pioneering FDA-Approved Manufacturer
In response to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the Philippines, RPC was requested by the Philippine government to repurpose part of its operations to help address the lack of certified medical-grade protective wear locally manufactured for health workers and frontliners in the country.
RPC CARMONA is the first garments manufacturer to be approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and was issued License to Operate (LTO) as a Medical Device Manufacturer.
