RPC Rolls Out New Production Incentive Program to Boost Efficiency and Reward Workers

May 2025 — RPC has officially launched a new Production Incentive Program aimed at enhancing productivity across all production sections while rewarding employees for their performance.

The initiative, introduced in May, is designed to motivate workers to meet and exceed their daily targets by offering attractive bonuses. The program focuses on output-based incentives—allowing employees to earn more without extending their working hours.

Key Highlights of the Program:

  • 🎯Target-Based Bonuses: Employees who meet or exceed their production targets will receive additional compensation.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Once workers hit their targets, they are allowed to clock out earlier than scheduled—while still receiving full pay for the day.
  • 💰Extra Income Opportunities: The program provides a chance for employees to increase their earnings without the need for overtime work.
