In 2025, RPC welcomed two major academic visits that underscored its role as a learning hub for aspiring professionals in the fashion and garment sector:
- January 7 – Students from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), State University of New York, conducted a study tour at RPC’s facilities. The visit provided international students with firsthand insights into Philippine garment production, sustainability practices and supply chain operations.
- May 7 – RPC hosted a plant visit for students of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology, offering them a comprehensive look into modern manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and workplace standards.
These initiatives reflect RPC’s commitment to bridging education and industry, empowering future professionals with real-world insights and experience. RPC is honored to support the next generation of garment industry leaders.

- Sorsogon State University Students Visit RPC for Industry Immersion – RPC welcomed students from Sorsogon State University for an insightful plant tour, offering them a firsthand look into the dynamic world of the garments industry. The visit aimed to deepen their understanding of real-world operations and career opportunities in the field.

This initiative is part of RPC’s ongoing partnership with the university, which includes on-the-job training programs and recruitment opportunities for newly graduated students since 2018. March 24, 2025 – San Fernando, La Union — RPC proudly received a recognition award from DMMMSU in acknowledgment of their enduring partnership in student development and industry training.
Since 2018, RPC and DMMMSU have collaborated to provide students with valuable opportunities for on-the-job training, management immersion and employment. This partnership, now in its seventh year, has empowered students to gain hands-on experience and sharpen their skills in various facets of the garments industry, from production operations to office-based roles.
