Sewing

Our sewing production lines are equipped with modern, energy-efficient machinery, including sewing machines powered by servo motors to optimize energy consumption. We are also utilizing an automated production tracking system that ensures accurate, real-time data capture, enhancing workflow efficiency, traceability and overall production management.​ ​

Cutting

In our cutting section, we use automatic spreading and cutting machines to maximize precision and operational efficiency. Cut parts are seamlessly integrated into our automated production tracking system, ensuring accurate real-time monitoring as they move into the sewing lines for assembly.​

Pressing

To smooth out wrinkles, set seams, and enhance the overall appearance of the garment, ensuring it has a clean, professional finish.

QC Inspection

Our quality inspectors are equipped with tablets integrated with our production monitoring system, featuring a dedicated QC module. This allows real-time access to production data, enabling immediate detection of issues and accurate identification of defect causes. As a result, problems are addressed more quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistent product quality and minimizing downtime.​

Packing

Securely package finished garments for shipment, ensuring they are protected from damage and properly labeled for easy identification and delivery.
